As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality guest services, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the resort. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, as well as ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests by organizing special events and activities. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel or resort management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. As this is a location-specific role, preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the culture and customs of Saudi Arabia.
