IT Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our company and ensuring its efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technological systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network, and other technology resources
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on new technology trends to recommend improvements or upgrades for the company's systems
- Oversee the security of all data, networks, and systems to prevent potential cyber attacks or data breaches
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technological needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage a team of IT professionals including training, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network administration, security protocols, and other IT principles
- Proven experience in project management and leading a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit for Qatar is preferred
