Housekeeping Manager (Malayalee Preferred)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Malayalee preferred establishment, we are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills and are able to communicate effectively in Malayalam.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a professional manner.
- Monitor budget and expenses related to the housekeeping department.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
