Administrative Assistant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office documents, files, and records
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Assisting with travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Providing general administrative support to team members as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
