Industrial Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends
- Design equipment layouts and workstations to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient in using statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
- Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software for designing layouts
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a chemical or industrial plant setting
- Knowledge of Arabic language
-Experience living/working in Qatar
