We are seeking an experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for design. This position is open to all nationalities, but we strongly encourage Indian candidates to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Create detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and design concepts
- Source and negotiate with vendors for various services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
- Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process from start to finish
- Coordinate with the bride and groom on all details, including guest list, invitations, seating arrangements, etc.
- Oversee set-up and execution of the wedding day itself
- Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for event planning and design
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in event planning or related field preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or be able to secure one independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
