Retail Sales Associate - Indian Candidates (English Speaking) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Indian candidates to join our retail team as a Sales Associate in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preferably Indian nationality
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
