Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Engineer
The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel. This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and is open to Indian nationals with strong English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity
- Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues in their rooms or common areas
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and any parts or equipment used
- Monitor energy usage and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex problems quickly
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a luxury hotel setting
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems

Working Conditions:
The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will be required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position may also require physical labor such as lifting heavy equipment or working at heights. The engineer will be provided with necessary safety equipment.
