We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring high-quality and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and visually appealing concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, and other projects
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the client's expectations and brand standards
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and techniques
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow their skills
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with digital design principles, including UX/UI
- Ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Indian nationality
- Experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
- Fluent in Arabic language
