Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking friendly and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani and Malayalee candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in setting up for special events or functions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Malayalam would be an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Neat appearance with good personal hygiene
