Job Title: Waiter/Server - Indian Cuisine (Umm-Said, Qatar)


We are seeking experienced Waiters/ Servers with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Waiter/ Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and take their orders accurately
- Knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and beverage options
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders by checking them before serving
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/ server in a busy restaurant setting (preferably Indian cuisine)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and bend or reach as needed
