Cashier for Non-English Speakers in Abu Dhabi, UAE


Our company is currently seeking friendly and efficient Cashiers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This position is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals, and no English proficiency is required. We also welcome applicants without prior experience as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items and process payments accurately using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Issue receipts, refunds or change to customers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Monitor inventory levels and alert the supervisor when stock is low
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian or Egyptian national currently residing in Abu Dhabi with a valid visa
- No English proficiency required; basic communication skills in Arabic would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Prior experience as a cashier is not required but would be an asset
