Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our organization and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and expenses, identifying areas for cost savings
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting role, preferably in a senior or supervisory position
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
- Experience working with diverse teams from different nationalities is preferred
