Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. Your role will involve designing graphics and layouts for various projects such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, and packaging. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand the project requirements and create designs that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project briefs and brand guidelines
- Use a variety of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging designs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs are aligned with brand messaging and marketing strategies
- Create visual elements such as logos, icons, and images that represent the brand's identity
- Create layouts for print materials including brochures, flyers, posters etc.
- Design digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, and email templates
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and receive feedback
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics

Preference:
- Indian national currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Experience working in an agency or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
