Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait



We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an appealing and customer-friendly shopping experience by ensuring that our products are visually appealing and well-stocked.

As a successful candidate, you will have previous experience working as a Merchandiser in a retail environment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any low or out of stock items
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute promotions and sales events
- Train new employees on visual merchandising techniques and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, displays, and backroom area
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Must be open to working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
