Position Summary:
We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the product assortment and presentation in our retail stores to meet customer demand and drive sales. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit assigned stores to ensure proper product placement and presentation according to company standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and personnel to ensure optimal product placement and availability
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of products
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for product assortment changes or improvements
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events
- Monitor competitor activity and provide suggestions for improvement or differentiation
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, products, or opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, visual standards, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
