English Tutor


We are a reputable education center based in Sharjah, UAE and we are looking for a qualified English Tutor to join our team. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services to students of all ages and levels.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare individualized lessons based on the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage students and make learning fun.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices and develop effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher.
- In-depth knowledge of the English language including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and literature.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Preferences:
We welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in both English and Hindi. This is a part-time position with flexible hours; therefore, candidates who have their own visa or are on a spouse/dependent visa are preferred.
