As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications. Your main goal will be to ensure that the end user has a seamless and enjoyable experience while using our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to ensure the best possible user experience
- Optimize websites and applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that may arise during development or after deployment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages/frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience working with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing designs
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in front-end development
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
