Legal Adviser - Contract Position (Abu Dhabi, UAE)


Our firm is currently seeking a highly skilled legal adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis. As a legal adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on legal matters to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the legal field and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients on various matters including contracts, agreements, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues to ensure informed decision making.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memorandums.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss legal matters and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients' businesses.
- Represent clients in court proceedings if necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members including lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient handling of cases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a legal adviser or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in contract law, corporate law, and commercial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically. Experience working with diverse clients from different industries is an advantage.
