Garden Maintenance Technician


Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Garden Maintenance Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Garden Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various gardens and green spaces in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering.
- Inspect trees, plants, and flowers for signs of pests or diseases.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans.
- Maintain the overall appearance and health of the gardens.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific garden maintenance needs.
- Provide recommendations for improvements or changes to garden designs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or Garden Maintenance Technician.
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees commonly found in Abu Dhabi.
- Familiarity with gardening equipment and tools.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
- Pakistani nationality preferred.

Contract Details:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 6 months. The candidate will be provided with accommodation in Abu Dhabi. This position is available on an urgent basis.
