Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist
As a Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our chemical processes. Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will work closely with our team to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your technical expertise and knowledge of chemical engineering principles to identify areas for process optimization and improvement.
- Conduct detailed analysis of process data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure all changes are implemented smoothly.
- Monitor plant performance through regular data analysis and make necessary adjustments to processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on process optimization techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Chemical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven experience in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and processes.
- Experience working with various software tools for data analysis such as MATLAB or AspenTech is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
