Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients, including life, health, and property insurance
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide them with suitable policy options
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of different insurance policies
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn about different types of insurance policies
