Retail Sales Associate

Our retail store in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is open for both Indian and Egyptian nationals, as well as English speaking individuals and freshers who are looking to start their career in retail.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right products that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is clean, organized and well-stocked at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Ensure that shelves are properly stocked and arranged according to company guidelines
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
