Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about bank products and services
- Promoting bank products and services to customers
- Balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
- Maintaining knowledge of bank policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and security procedures
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the branch

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer service role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Attention to detail and strong math skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
