Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our call center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues that our customers may have. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and any other issues they may have
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Meet monthly performance targets for call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and empathetic attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality service
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
