Bank Teller (English speaking) - Full Time - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking an Egyptian national to join our team as a Bank Teller in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and handling various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their banking needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer identity and account information before processing transactions
- Answer inquiries from customers regarding their accounts, banking products, and services
- Promote bank products and services to customers to meet sales goals
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

Requirements:
- Egyptian national with excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience as a bank teller is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong math skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if needed
