Resort Manager

As a Resort Manager at our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the resort operations. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities departments
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall resort experience
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all areas of the resort
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Manage budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract guests
- Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and health codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in resort management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred:
