Industrial Engineer
As an Industrial Engineer in our company located in the bustling city of Lusail, Qatar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. We are specifically seeking an individual from a Malayalee or Egyptian background with no English language requirements, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our workforce.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our production systems to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. You will work closely with both management and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and streamline processes
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure targets are met
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and resource management
- Train team members on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language proficiency not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
