Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We are a growing company in Lusail, Qatar seeking a bilingual administrative assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to the management team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This position requires fluency in both English and Malayalam.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain employee records
- Coordinate meetings and events, including planning logistics and taking minutes
- Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory
- Other general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam is a must
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a bilingual environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
