Office Clerk in Dukhan, Qatar



Position Overview:
We are currently hiring an Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and be familiar with office procedures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for postage
- Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as needed
- Help with event planning by coordinating logistics, sending invitations, and tracking RSVPs
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Dukhan, Qatar. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs.
