Wedding Planner Assistant (English Speaking) - Doha, Qatar


We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our lead wedding planner to help plan and execute weddings for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead wedding planner with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue scouting, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their vision is being accurately represented in the planning process
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to ensure all client requests are properly documented
- Help manage RSVPs and guest lists for weddings
- Assist in creating and distributing event timelines for vendors and clients
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for weddings
- Participate in on-site setup and breakdown of weddings as needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of current wedding trends and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event planning or related field preferred
- 1+ years experience in event planning or customer service role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and resources in Doha preferred
- Passion for weddings and events
