Art Director - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar (Indian/Malayalee preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers and artists to produce high-quality visual content for various projects
- Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that meet the brief
- Develop and maintain brand identities and guidelines for all company projects
- Oversee the design process from concept development to final execution
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and meet industry standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential
- Highly skilled in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and other design principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
