We are seeking an experienced Indian Attorney to join our legal team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients from the Indian community in Al-Rayyan. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients from the Indian community in Al-Rayyan
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the Indian community in Al-Rayyan
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop strategies for client representation

Requirements:
- Must be a qualified attorney with a law degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on Indian law
- Strong knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations related to the Indian community
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not required
