Art Director

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring that they align with our company's brand and vision. You will work closely with our creative team to develop and execute innovative and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity, target audience, and design aesthetic
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs for various projects such as advertisements, packaging, branding, etc.
- Provide guidance and direction to designers to ensure that all designs meet our high standards of quality
- Conduct regular reviews of designs to ensure they are on-brand and visually appealing
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs when appropriate
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that all designs support their objectives
- Oversee photoshoots, videoshoots, and other visual productions as needed
- Act as a mentor for junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Experience managing a team of designers
- Ability to effectively communicate your ideas to others
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Preferable qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Familiarity with the Indian market and culture
- Experience working in advertising or marketing industries in Qatar
