Waiter for Malayalees in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring a Waiter for our Malayalee restaurant located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints
- Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables for the next guest
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken)
- Previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have own visa (transferable)
