Receptionist Front Desk - Russian & English Speaking

• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Manage meeting rooms and schedules (booking, preparing, etc.)
• Assist with travel arrangements for staff (if required)
• Handle mail and deliveries
• Create and maintain directories and logs
• Data entry and other clerical duties (in some cases)

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Follow company security procedures
• Provide general customer service support
• May use software programs for scheduling, data entry, or other tasks
