Entry-Level Agronomist in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry-Level Agronomist, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, implementing, and monitoring of agricultural operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of crop production plans according to climate conditions, soil quality, and market demand.
- Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil amendments and fertilizers.
- Monitor crop growth and health, identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks such as planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
- Maintain accurate records of activities related to crop production.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in agricultural technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques, plant physiology, soil science, and pest management.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Familiarity with crops grown in the UAE region.
