Retail Sales Associate

Our retail store in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with prior retail sales experience and a valid visa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or making purchases
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and optimize sales performance

Qualifications:
- Indian nationality with valid visa for Saudi Arabia
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
