Call Center Representative – English Speaking (Female)

We are a leading call center in Medina, Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a professional and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. We specifically welcome applications from Pakistani women who are fluent in English and able to work without the need for accommodation.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service. You will also be required to make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the customer service department. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are a must. Additionally, you should possess excellent listening skills and be able to handle difficult or irate customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide accurate information to customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve complaints
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments if necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a call center representative or similar role
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to maintain composure while handling difficult or irate customers
