Job Title: Art Director - Creative Design (Malayalees) in Medina, Saudi Arabia

As an Art Director for our creative design team in Medina, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction and execution of our projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who is fluent in Malayalam to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects, including but not limited to print ads, packaging design, digital campaigns, and event materials
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and marketing objectives, and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Lead a team of designers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide guidance on new design techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or design studio
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects from concept to completion
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of digital design principles is a plus
