Personal Trainer



A reputable fitness center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. This position is open to individuals of any nationality who are fluent in English and have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized training sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will work closely with each client to develop individualized workout plans that align with their goals and abilities. You will also provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to help clients maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements:
- Must hold a certification in personal training from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a personal trainer
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, health history, and goals
- Develop personalized workout plans for each client based on their needs and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall wellness
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, measurements, and adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to help them stay on track towards their goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
