Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills and no prior experience is necessary as visa sponsorship will be provided.

As an Inventory Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the efficient management of inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and readily available for sale. You will work closely with the purchasing team to forecast demand and maintain appropriate inventory levels at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage
- Monitor inventory levels through regular stock checks and audits
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply issues
- Create purchase orders for new products based on forecasted demand
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Manage product expiry dates and coordinate with sales team for promotions or discounts on expiring items
- Train new employees on inventory management procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Continuously review processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other inventory management software programs
- Prior experience in inventory management preferred but not required
