As a Security Specialist in Umm-Said, Qatar, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets and personnel. You will be joining a diverse and dynamic team of professionals who are committed to maintaining a secure environment for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess potential security risks and threats to the company's operations in Umm-Said
- Conduct regular security inspections of facilities, equipment, and personnel to identify any vulnerabilities or weaknesses
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Train employees on security awareness and emergency response procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice or Security Management preferred but not required
- Proven experience in security management with at least 2 years working as a Security Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of local laws related to security in Qatar
- Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing effective security measures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others on security procedures
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and experience working with local authorities is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations calmly
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if necessary
