Junior Graphic Designer (Malayalee) in Sharjah, UAE


We are a fast-paced and growing design agency located in Sharjah, UAE. We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in providing innovative design solutions for a diverse range of clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creativity and attention to detail.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting our team of experienced designers in creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with the creative team to understand project requirements
- Creating high-quality designs using various software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Assisting with the development of concepts and ideas for projects
- Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas for approval
- Making revisions based on client feedback
- Ensuring that all designs are delivered within the given timeline

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of design principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills. We are specifically looking for a Malayalee candidate who is fluent in English.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience is not required but would be considered an advantage

This is initially a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary; however, we value creativity and enthusiasm over experience.
