Physician Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar


A leading medical facility in Dukhan, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Physician Assistant to join our team. This position is open to Pakistani and Egyptian nationals who have a passion for providing high-quality healthcare services. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our team of physicians to provide comprehensive medical care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and creating treatment plans for patients. You will also be responsible for providing patient education on disease management and prevention.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting. You must possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid work visa for Qatar is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical exams and taking detailed medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood work, x-rays, and MRIs
- Prescribing medications based on patient's condition
- Creating treatment plans in collaboration with physician
- Providing patient education on disease management and prevention
- Assisting in procedures such as suturing wounds or removing stitches
- Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Valid work visa for Qatar (own visa preferred)
