Night Auditor in Doha, Qatar for Indian Nationals

As a Night Auditor in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of a hotel or other hospitality establishment. This is an ideal role for those with a background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Preparing daily reports and distributing them to relevant departments for review
- Maintaining guest accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests during the night shift
- Monitoring reservations and room availability for the following day
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role or in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using hotel management software or accounting software (e.g. Opera, QuickBooks)
- Fluency in English (required) and any additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality establishments in Qatar
