UX Designer



Position: UX Designer
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
Preferred Nationality: Pakistani, African

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that provide an intuitive and seamless experience for our users. This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly while adhering to brand guidelines
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Continuously gather feedback from users and iterate on designs accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design for web or mobile applications
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research through interviews, surveys or usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Fluency in Arabic language
