As an Indian Executive Chef in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu at our high-end restaurant. You will need to have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and authentic dishes that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the menu at our high-end restaurant.
- Create innovative and authentic Indian dishes that meet the standards of our restaurant.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are properly trained in the preparation and presentation of Indian dishes.
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure that all dishes are consistently prepared to meet our customers' expectations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen.
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Must be a skilled chef with a strong understanding of Indian cuisine.
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Excellent knowledge of spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional Indian recipes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
