Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital designs for various platforms including websites, mobile applications, social media, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand's vision.
- Design and develop engaging digital assets such as website layouts, mobile app screens, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different devices and platforms.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall visual appeal of our digital presence.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in all designs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital design or a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- A self-starter with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating animations or motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Ar-Ruwais. However, we are open to part-time arrangements for students who meet the requirements. We value work-life balance and offer flexible working hours. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.
