Art Director - Creative Visuals (Malayalee Preferred)


We are searching for a talented and creative Art Director to join our growing team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and leading a team of designers. We are specifically looking for a Malayalee candidate who is passionate about their craft and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative visual concepts for various projects, including advertisements, marketing materials, and branding campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual designs that meet their needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure all work is completed on time and meets our standards of excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into our designs to keep our work fresh and innovative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar position within the creative industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs across various mediums.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to manage a team and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- A passion for staying updated on industry trends in design, advertising, and marketing.
